Yin is a serene form of yoga, holding poses to open up layers of connective tissue around your joints, easing stresses from more active sport or from your busy life. The benefits are stress and anxiety reduction, improved circulation, increased flexibility and greater joint mobility. It is for everybody and people say they have their best night’s sleep after a Yin class. 45 minute and 75 minute classes.
