All Vinyasa promotes and enhances fluidity by combining movement with breath and is physically demanding with sun salutations which really help the strength of the upper body. Postures are linked together with the crucial deep breathing system into a continual flow. The ‘strong’ version provides the chance to push yourself that much further under the guidance of an expert teacher.
