Vinyasa promotes and enhances fluidity by combining movement with breath. It is physically demanding with sun salutations which really help the strength of the upper body. Postures are linked together with the crucial deep breathing system into a continual flow. The class helps to increase flexibility, strength and focus while releasing tension and relieving stress. 45 and 60 minute classes.
