STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
This is a class designed to ease you into strength and help you maintain your body.You will be guided through a dynamic yoga flow aimed at core stability, flexibility, strength and balance. You work within the normal range of motion to improve your quality of movement, or to improve and maintain your competitive edge in all different kinds of sporting activity.
