Our Pacific Yoga Styles
Pregnancy yoga strengthens mind and body as you prepare to welcome your baby. It is slow and repetitive – deliberately so to help the subconscious prepare for an active birth. It is uplifting, supportive and fun – bringing a sense of community and deepening connection with your baby and helping prepare your body for recovery after birth. It goes without saying that beginners are welcome!
