Our Pacific Yoga Styles
A series of physical postures linked in a dynamic flow moving smoothly through. It invigorates body and mind, strengthened by a focus on breath. It is designed to release tensions from the body – improving strength, balance and flexibility. The 45 minute version works well as a lunchtime fix.
