This combines the best of Pilates and the best of yoga in a balanced series of exercises. The Pilates input provides detailed and uniform development of the body, correcting posture, restoring vitality, invigorating the mind and raising the spirit. The yoga element adds a beneficial flow with a refined awareness of your breath and your core. It is something new. Try it for size at 45 or 60 minutes.
