Pilates uses detailed movement and small equipment to work on particular muscles. It helps strengthen your core. Many different exercises target muscles all over your body and it’s not like yoga except in terms of the shared principle – breath! You learn how to cure aches and pains while developing a better posture and it is very helpful for back pains, older injuries and stress.
