PACIFIC YOGA HIIT
Dynamic and fun! Yoga mindfulness balancing High Intensity Interval Training. It’s all about twitch. The yoga activates the slow twitch muscle fibres, helping stamina. The HIIT activates the fast twitch, tightening, toning and optimising cardio capacity. The HIIT has 8 rounds with 4 minute blocks of 20 seconds activity and 10 seconds rest – getting the blood pumping and leaving you feeling fabulous.
