PACIFIC HOT HIIT
An intense, full-body workout combining Pilates and yoga principles with High Intensity Interval Training for cardio work – plus great music. The muscle toning creates long, lean muscle mass (not bulk), burning fat and strengthening the core. 60 minutes. (Pacific Hot HIIT + Stretching once a week adds 30 minutes of stretching exercise for those who book the whole 90).
