MOTHER AND BABY
Bring your little yogis along. Regain balance, strength and reconnection with your core and pelvic floor. Stretch away tired shoulders and aching backs, re-energise through breath and relaxation. Connect with your baby in breath-work, singing and fun. Our classes will amuse your baby and it’s a great way to meet a supportive community of other local mums.
