Our Pacific Yoga Styles
A deep, focused, physical flow inspired by Anusara Yoga (meaning ‘flowing with nature’). It is all about developing the easy synchronisation of movement and breath – with cues throughout from the teacher to encourage you to grow and develop your practice. Those verbal cues help release students from the stresses of the day and create a meditative state.
A student says:
I came to my first class running late, head whirling, but the rhythm of the class took over and my mind cleared. This class gave me a sense of how I might grow with confidence that my progress would be supported.
A teacher says:
That’s right. It is about achieving a stillness in the mind and using that to meet the challenge of the simple up and down sequences. You can feel the class mellow as the session goes on.
