HOT YANG COOL YIN
Think of this as ice cream with hot chocolate sauce. It starts with the hot sauce – the focus and strength of the Hot 26, then the room cools down as you dig in (with softened connective tissue ) for the balanced, slow deep stretches of the Yin. A powerful combination ending in the stretch makes this a 90 minute class that will fast become a favourite of all who try it.
A student says:
After I had done the hot first half, my mind was a lot more ready to let go of wandering thoughts and immerse itself into the profound release of the yin stretching. A really great combo and I come back to it over and over.
A teacher says:
A fine balance between two very opposite forms of yoga which go very well together and return you to the outside world in a much better mental and physical state.
