HOT CORE 40
The forty postures come from the Ghosh Lineage and include those in the Hot 26 but with a wider range of postures to build your upper body and abdominal strength. You do some once, some twice and some three times. It is excellent for improving and maintaining health, fitness, stamina and an improved state of mind. A 90 minute class – and also a 60 minute version if you are short of time.
