This is active rest at the end of the week. It starts with five minutes of breath work (lying on your back if you choose) then goes into supported postures, demonstrated then adjusted for each student’s needs, using props to help you get comfortable in guided relaxation. It is a very restful class, leaving it to your intuition to decide whether you want to move or stay still.
