This is for rowers, dancers, shot-putters, rock climbers and ocean racers – and any other sort of active or would-be active person regardless of gender. A different focus each time, one day – hamstrings, the next – shoulder opening, covering the whole body over time. You don’t have to jump around. Elasticity exercises use rebound. Plasticity is about the gradual lengthening of connective tissue. It starts soft and toughens up as the class goes on.
