BROGA – FITNESS YOGA
Broga is a yoga practice designed originally with a male sensibility – think ‘Bro Yoga’ – but it works really well for any gender. It is an intense workout with accessible postures that challenge the body in new ways. Are you a sports person, with limited stamina? Broga will help to improve your performance and capability in sport. It will also help to defend against injury when you are pushing yourself.
