ASTANGA SECOND SERIES
Again, but it takes the Astanga sequence further. An intensely physical and athletic form of yoga – good for those who want a fast-paced challenge. The practice follows a prescribed set of asanas, channelling energy through the body. If you are up for a challenge, know your physical limits and have already got to grips with the first series then this is the next step for you.
