What We Are
The physical bits do matter. On the yoga side, we know the before and the after make all the difference to your experience of the class in between. In designing the studio facilities, we set out to provide comfort and a touch of luxury in a clean and modern design. Our changing rooms are intended to lift your spirits on the way in and ease your return to the world outside. There are lockers for your valuables, dryers for your hair, high quality showers (and enough to make sure you won’t often have to queue) and a heated floor for when winter bites. We chose our mats carefully and we launder the towels ourselves.
Each of our studios has one mirrored wall. Soft lighting is adjusted to the mood. Air quality, circulation and humidity are maintained by very sophisticated systems. The white panels in the ceiling provide the therapeutic benefits of the sun’s heat without the harmful rays. The air stays cooler and is always fresh because those ceiling ducts monitor it and provide 3 cubic metres of air each second.
The cafe furniture was chosen for its style and comfort. The coffee machine… ah, the coffee machine. A ‘Rocket,’ selected because it was designed by Kiwis, who claim to be the best in the world at that and built by Italians (who claim exactly the same). In warm weather, the cafe spreads outside with tables in the courtyard towards the new footbridge and deckchairs on the other side towards Bristol Bridge.
We hope our style appeals to you and do take the virtual tour on this website to have a good look round.
