Hello, I’m Tiffany
I dabbled with all sorts of yoga for years but when I moved to Bristol I found astanga and everything clicked. I felt the magic people describe, the calmness of my mind after a session and my body getting stronger. It let me get in touch with my true nature – Happiness! I travelled to Goa to do my training and never looked back. In 2018 I took my Yin training to find the balance in my own practise. I have been taught not to become a fanatic so, with Astanga, I love to laugh, try new variations and encourage my students that where they are is enough, and the asana is only one part of the yoga journey. I love to share what I have found out and new revelations I discover along the way!!
