Hello, I’m Sarah C
I first trained as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2014, after years of spending time in the gym; I wanted to follow through on a dream of qualifying as a yoga teacher. I used the training to deepen my practice and explore the different types of yoga and in the autumn of 2014 I went on a yoga retreat with an inspiring teacher. Boom! I fell in love with the style, becoming more and more focussed on the Forrest style. In 2016 I trained with Ana Forrest herself. The experience was life changing, I came straight back to Bristol and began teaching.
