Hello, I’m Rachel
I was brought up surrounded by meditation as my mum is a Buddhist, so have been practicing that since the age of 10. It’s part of my daily life. I’d tried a few exercises but I took my first yoga class with Wale several years ago and have not looked back since. I also work in mental health/psychiatric nursing as a senior wellbeing practitioner. I am a firm believer that there is always an option for everyone and keep my classes as accessible as possible so I will give you the opportunity to soften your practice or really challenge yourself depending on what you feel, which will vary from day to day. I enjoy teaching a variety of styles of yoga as well as practising them myself, remembering to keep the balance between yin and yang. I like to keep classes focused but not too serious, so expect to have fun too.
