Hello, I’m Olivia
I trained as a dancer and came to Pilates through core strength training and injury rehabilitation. I incorporate my dance experience into each class, so you can be sure you will be worked hard, get results and enjoy it all at the same time. As a professional contemporary dancer, Pilates is a way for me to stay physically in shape, mentally grounded and avoid injury. My approach centres on keeping the core strong to help the body follow its natural alignment, connecting the breath to every movement and opening up the whole body by strengthening, extending and stretching. I work everyone to their own ability, but challenge them to achieve small and large goals, addressing anything from recovery after injury to improvement in self-confidence.
