Hello, I’m Barbara
At first I practised yoga to help recovery from injury but for many years found it difficult to commit to a regular practice. Then I tried Hot Yoga, yoga in a heated room. Soon I began to feel more alive, happier, awake, focused and I developed commitment to my practice. In 2013 I trained to teach and have been teaching hot yoga ever since then. My aim is to support you in your practice, to motivate you to accept that some days seem easier, some harder, to notice progress, to work through setbacks, and to manage how that feels, to be patient, to try again, to give yourself a chance. And to enjoy yourself.
