I love communicating to people the joy of being in their own skin. No matter your age or level of fitness, learning about the mechanics of how your body works, through exploring the senses, is very empowering.
I’ve been practicing various dance and movement techniques all my life, and began teaching in 2016. Some of my classes are strong and challenging, others are restorative and calm. Hopefully they all are a good chance to take some time for yourself and celebrate your body and heart.
