Covid-19 Information
The Steps we have taken to safely re-open our doors
General
- Risk assessment: We worked alongside a professional risk assessment advisor to identify and solve any health and safety issues involving Covid-19.
- Water testing: Our water supply has been tested after being closed for a long period to ensure there was no bacterial build up.
- No-Touch Hand sanitiser stations have been installed by Initial Hygiene at the entrances and throughout the building.
- We have increased cleaning and hygiene protocols and will continue to use approved sanitisers and cleaning products.
- Designated spaces for queueing are marked, and we will allow a limited number of people in communal areas at any given time.
- Our front of house team will be provided with masks and protective screens.
- We will enforce strict stay at home rules for staff and clients if they have any Covid-19 symptoms.
Yoga
- Use the hand sanitisers provided and wash your hands regularly.
- We will be abiding with government social distancing guidelines and reducing the number of students per class.
- We will be using our fresh air units throughout the class.
- Minimum 30 min gap between every class will give us time to sanitise the studio and communal areas. The studio floor is steam cleaned every day.
- Bring as little as possible with you and arrive ready to practice as the changing rooms and shower facilities will not be in use. Toilet facilities will be available.
- We will provide containers for your personal belongings outside the studio door.
- Props and mats will not be provided until further notice, so you will need to bring your own mat (if for some reason you can not we will charge £5 for mat rental). You are welcome to bring your own props to use in class (we do have props and mats available for purchase).
- There will be no hands on adjustments.
For everyones Health and Safety
please help us follow government guidance by:
- Stay 2 metres apart wherever possible.
- Make cashless payments only.
- Use the hand sanitisers provided and wash your hands regularly.
- Stay away from the studio and cafe if you don’t feel well or have been asked to quarantine for any reason.
Changes to bookings and Memberships
- We will not be able to guarantee a space if you drop in, so to avoid disappointment, please make all bookings online or you call the studio.
- We ask that purchase all memberships and cards online. However if necessary you can pay by card at the studio.
- Because spaces in each class are limited, it is important that you honour your bookings.
- You can cancel up to 4 hours before the start of class without any charge.
- Please be punctual to help with the smooth and safe operating of the studio. Aim to arrive ten minutes before the class starts. There will be no late entries.
A new virtual world
- No longer restricted to a physical space, we have come to realise that for some people being able to practice at home has been an amazing discovery and we wish continue to provide this to you. Therefore our Pacific Online will not be going anywhere… in fact we plan on making it much better…
- Introducing Livestream, on-demand and a library full of tips and tricks from your favourite teachers.
- If you have any questions about the re-opening of the studio please get in touch. We can’t wait to have you back!
