Astanga for Beginners Course

Astanga for Beginners is a 3 week course available to anyone with an open mind and willingness to learn – flexibility and previous yoga experience not required.
Starting on the 17th of March, the course will run on Tuesdays from 5pm until 6pm and will give you the foundation you need to confidently approach any standard Astanga Primary Series class.
In each session, we will slow down the Astanga Primary Series and unpack the postures to make them more accessible and easier to understand. The classes will be adapted to the needs of the group with modifications offered along the way.
At the end of the 3 weeks you will have gained a deeper understanding of the sequence, breath work and bandhas.
Astanga for Beginners graduates will be rewarded with a free class of their choice to show off their new skills. They will also be eligible to purchase a one-time only Graduates Card upon completion of the course.
