Getting use to the heat and the postures at the same time can seem a little daunting. In this introduction course Margaret will be slowing it right down giving you the chance to explore the sequence in-depth while gently introducing our heating systems to help your body acclimate.
Intro to Hot Yoga (Hot 26 Standing Series)
In this class we will be exploring Pranayama Deep Breathing and the Standing Series of our Hot 26 sequence. The standing series focuses on building strength, balance and flexibility.
Intro to Hot Yoga (Hot 26 Floor Series)
In this class we will be exploring the Floor Series of our Hot 26 sequence, which focuses on strengthening the spine, and Kapalabhati Breathing (also known as the Breath of Fire).
