Yoga for Beginners Course

Yoga for Beginners is a 5 week course available to anyone with an open mind and willingness to learn – flexibility and previous yoga experience not required.
Starting on the 21st of January, the course will run on Tuesdays from 5pm until 6pm and will cover everything you need to know to feel comfortable and confident on the mat.
Our experienced teachers create a light-hearted, respectful and safe environment for you to learn how to best approach your personal practice and will also review aspects of yoga history and lineage.
At the end of the 5 weeks you will be rewarded with a free class of your choice to show off your new skills.
Yoga for Beginners graduates will also be eligible to purchase a one-time only Graduates Card upon completion of the course.
