A workshop to help you define your individual Power Yoga practice.
This workshop will start with a strong flow, followed by time to explore elements of the sequence, including the breaking down of arm balances and inversions. Depending on your individual experience Karis will show you ways of gradually working towards the more advanced forms of asanas.
This workshop is suitable for everyone who has a regular practice.
£25 per person Props and Mats will be provided as well as a fresh juice from our Cafe to enjoy after class.
