Pilates for Strengthening and Lengthening
Strength and flexibility don’t have to be mutually exclusive. During this two-hour Workshop Olivia will focus on finding length through your muscles and space in your joints combined with building strength and tone. Focusing on both equally allows you to find more freedom and ease of movement, without compromising on power.
We are also running a 30 min Basic Principles re-cap class before the workshop. This is suitable for those of you at a beginner’s level of Pilates or for the seasoned practitioner that would like the chance to have the basics explained in more detail and hone their technique. This is an optional part of the Workshop that is an additional £6.
Props and Mats will be provided as well as a fresh juice from our Cafe to enjoy after class.
This workshop is suitable for everyone from beginner to Pilates pro!
