We’ll find your yoga fit, together.

Come to see us and we will work with you to find the right classes to mend, maintain or improve yourself. Some of those classes are warm, some are hot. All are pleasant. Anyone who has practised Bikram Yoga will find our ‘Hot 26’ reassuringly familiar. Our ‘Hot Pacific’ differs from Bikram in detail with extra postures for upper body and core strength. Those are developed from the work of Bikram’s teacher Bishnu Ghosh. We offer much more besides, a wide variety of classes to suit every body.

Explore our classes below, and then book a time to see us for a health and wellbeing goal assessment.

First time visitors

Whether you register online or at the studio, it helps if first timers arrive at least 20 minutes before their first class to talk to the teacher.

What clothes are best? We recommend active wear or shorts with a T-shirt or sports top. You will need a yoga mat, and two large towels. You can hire these from us if you prefer.

We recommend you do not eat for two hours before class. Make sure you come hydrated.
Bring a water bottle.

Our team

We believe you should have excellent, regular teachers on hand who take the trouble to get to know you. That’s why we employ carefully selected and trained teachers, chosen not just for their skills but for their joyful and open approach to life.

Gentle studio etiquette

When you enter our yoga rooms you are asked to prepare quietly, respecting others’ desire to relax. Leave mobile phones in the lockers provided and refrain from using aerosols and strong scents for the sake of others. Our classes need to start punctually so we ask you to arrive in good time.
