Hot Pilates

A structured training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It’s an intense, full body workout including cardio work and muscle toning. Creates long lean muscle mass (not bulk), burns fat, strengthens core muscles and more. It’s a high-energy, low-impact class with great music and positive mindset.

*All levels welcome. Heated.

If you are coming for the first time please allow an extra half hour to talk to us. You can register on-line before you come to save time, but we may still need to explore any health issues or particular requirements with you face to face.

Koha Class

6pm every Friday. Our special weekly class for everyone and anyone. First come, first served. (If you’ve never been before, arrive early to fill in our health forms.) No charge, no points off your cards. All we ask is you leave a donation of your choice to our chosen good cause and come ready to enjoy yourself.

First time visitors

Whether you register online or at the studio, it helps if first timers arrive at least 20 minutes before their first class to talk to the teacher.

We recommend you wear stretch pants or shorts and a T-shirt or sports top. You will need a yoga mat, and two large towels. You can hire these from us if you prefer.

We recommend you do not eat for two hours before class. Make sure you come hydrated.
Bring a water bottle.

Gentle studio etiquette

When you enter our yoga rooms you are asked to prepare quietly, respecting others’ desire to relax. Leave mobile phones in the lockers provided and refrain from using aerosols and strong scents for the sake of others. Our classes need to start punctually so we ask you to arrive in good time.
